is it anyone who have many post, or have quality post even not much post?

i think top poster is who make many thread in 'Programming and Web Development' Section".. and hell yeah no spamming.. haha
That's true... the one who post maximum number of new threads (remember it is threads not the replies) will be the top poster. And no spamming ...

This is great to see the BRl forum are starting to implement some contests. However, one question here, do we allow copy paste? or must be original or re-write article

You can copy & paste the code if the owner of the content (source) allow you to do that. Put the credit link to the source in that case.

Ok i try to win this contest but how i know witch open source i have to post? I can post tons of it but i would be spam... I now posted a few topic how to start with programming ect... i hope topic as this you mean we have to post to inprove the forum/win the contest =)
