Do you allow irc connections (only psybnc and oiedntd - no networks or anything of that nature) and sql hosting?

Running ircd is not allowed, as this is mostly target of DDOS.

If you use irc only as client to connected to a irc-network, this is allowed.

Running databases is allowed.
