Website problem (html) with IE7 by vdos

Hi, my website has stopped displaying in IE7 but seems to work in Firefox. I think it's a problem with teh html div tag but dont have the time to investigate. I am looking for someone to fix that problem and potentially fix a couple of other issues... (Budget: $30-100, Jobs: Javascript, Perl/CGI, PHP, Website Design)
