it is the professional site & one more thing which site I made it's getting a little old already. I would like to know tips from fellow webmasters. What is some advice for successfully designing an easy-to-navigate, quick-to-load, Please limit yourself to using HTML, CSS, Javascript, and some Flash. Thanks in advance.

Ya nice to see your post, you try to avoid lots of images and videos , then you can download and upload your site easily. give quality content and try to avoid styles. nice to see your forums.
