I want to put a redirect code on a Blogger blog. But Im' not sure where to place it.Can somebody help me?

No, you can't.
1) you can't edit the meta tag that would be req'd to do the redirect, and
2) it's against their own TOS

Hi mira it's really tough to find the way to redirect a blogger blog but every thing is possible in the world as impossible is nothing.

I have found a site where you can find various ways to change and implement new features in your blog.
