My knowledge of web design is so far only static pages and a little action script for flash. I want to start to learn to build dynamic websites with forms, and online stores too but I don’t know which language to learn.. Don’t really like it much. Hope someone can recommend an easy language for a beginner programming like me. I am in the air with cold fusion and php. If I learn php or cold fusion do I need to have a server.
I love PHP with MYSQL, CSS and Javascript. All of these make a stable website. moreover, combining with a great graphics design and a little flash, the result will become wonderful....
however, i only know PHP... plus, it's open-sourced and stable, runs on Linux. You can download either Apache Triad or Xampp to run your scripts in the localhost. Pls. check out download.com
