I have developed website in html and flash through pakistan web design company , They have developed my content in flash and some sections developed in php and database mysql. Now i have required any cheap hosting which offer all such features, Please let me know if you have any idea.

Do you ask hosting company on their support and uptime? If not, please ask so because it will ensure that your business will survive longer. Both will become my priority before running online business

Yes, cheap and quality don't really go together in the same sentence. I guess it depends on what your needs are and what you are planning to do with your site.
