Don't think it too hard. You just need to spend 15 minutes to write a 100~200 words article and publish it daily. IF you do have 100 blogs, then only you need to conside to hire some writer

hi chetan! if you want to become a serious blogger, you will have to update it daily and be interactive with you visitors. i am not an expert into blogging yet, but you can check out what i have done with my blog, it is called posh post. link in my signature.

Updating your blog or website should be done as often as possible. There is no such thing as too many contents or over updating, if you get what I mean. More contents means more keyword and that makes your site attractive to search engines. Therefore in a nutshell update regularly so that you don't get left behind.
