Smile CSS vs Table based

I heard somewhere that it is better to have website with CSS layout compared to table- based. I also made known that by using CSS it will reduced cost of bandwidth. How true is this?

First of first what "made known that" means?

Your 3 lines can take pages to explain but let me know how much bandwidth your tables were eating? There might be some difference but I can bet tables will not double your bandwidth bill.
If you are making some comparisons between table and table less layout, you should go with table less because it is easy to manage, add and remove DIV tags.
At the moment I am using div tags within tables so it doesn't matter for me what to use.

For me, table is better for a PS design, because it's much more easier! Because CSS just for simple design.

Once again i shall say there is no loads on bandwidth with tables and there is not a big difference to use tables or DIVs. Only difference is manageability.

Yes I agree, but DIVs not good for a costum design or something like that. So in my webmaker "firm" we are doing just with tables

For me, combination of CSS and Table based is the best way to use in Web Design.
