There are many tools, but the easiest way is to convert them yourself or to hire a actionscript coder that could do a little application that loads the movies in flv format.

I don't know to much about this but I am almost sure flash video encoder does the job manually and flash can make it to with a little extra help form an addon of some sort.

It's little difficult for me... I prefer to use encoders....
Maha, I heard that VisiFly is very good & simple, but never tried it.....
